MYPVDATA® Monitoring Service
Independent, third party monitoring and reporting comes in different flavors
depending on the customer’s needs. The capabilities and features of
the standard service are described in the product section. Energy Recommerce
is an approved PMRS provider (Performance Monitoring and Reporting Service)
and PDP (Performance Data Provider) as defined by the California CSI Handbook.
Additional services that are available or will be made available include:
MYPVDATA Asset Management Service – is a web-based add-on service
to the Monitoring Service and provides an extended database and functions
to store and keep track of assets, documents, contracts, contact information,
procedures, maintenance plans and costs. All to make the day to day operation
and management of geographically dispersed sites more efficient.
MYPVDATA Virtual On-Site Service – is an add-on service to the
Monitoring Service. Here, the customer’s data is also reviewed by an
Energy Recommerce in-house expert as an extra help in interpreting data and
proposing corrective actions.
MYPVDATA Billing – is an add-on service to the Monitoring Service.
The billing service is an automated meter reading and billing service for
those cases where a PV-system owner might want to sell electricity from the
PV-system to the tenants. It can be adapted on a case by case basis to fit
individual client’s requirements and operating environment. Currently
a Rate Analyzer is available for our client where they can analyze their savings
or bills based on real-time data for any historic period. Rate Schedules are
updated as they change when we receive notification from our customers.
Monitoring System Design
Based on our customers’ unique project requirements, such as PV-system
design and the actual site’s characteristics, we help design and propose
a monitoring system that will help optimize PV-system performance.
Commissioning Services
Energy Recommerce has PV-system design and integration experience, which makes us capable of offering
qualified commissioning service for those customers that need help with that.
This is something we recommend for larger commercial and utility size PV systems
that tend to be more complicated and require a lot of data networking.
